"Three people were killed in Dnipro, including a child. 19 people were injured, four of whom were children," regional governor Sergiy Lisak announced this morning.
Eight people are in hospital after this rocket attack, which took place last night shortly before midnight. Apartment blocks and houses, as well as hospital buildings, were affected, Lisak added.
