An Israeli attack targeted an industrial area and several residential buildings in the city of Qusair in Homs province, Central Syria, Syrian state television reported today, Reuters reported, as quoted by BTA.
The television quoted the director of the health service of the province of Homs, who confirmed that there were no casualties in the attack.
In a previous "Israeli aggression" in Qusair on Thursday, several civilians were injured and property damaged, state media reported.
The Israeli military, which does not normally comment on specific reports of strikes in Syria, said in a statement that the strike hit a weapons depot and command centers used by the militant group Hezbollah.
Yesterday the Israeli army also announced that it had struck targets of the intelligence of "Hezbollah" near the Syrian capital Damascus.
Israel claims it is carrying out strikes to reduce arms transfers from Iran through Syria to "Hezbollah" in Lebanon.
