Ukraine does not consider scenarios involving a reduction of military aid from the US to Kiev, and welcomes the efforts of the US government, led by President Joe Biden, to ensure the delivery of all the allocated aid as quickly as possible, said the spokesman of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Giorgi Tihi, quoted by Reuters and BTA.
„We are not considering scenarios in which the United States would reduce its military aid because (...) we do not think that taking such a step would be in the best interest of the United States,”, Tychy told journalists today.< /p>
„We hear voices around the world suggesting that if military supplies to Ukraine are cut, it will be forced to negotiate (...) This is not true and is not what will happen if such a scenario be implemented”, he added, stressing that such a step would only lead to an escalation of the war.
