The outgoing administration of US President Joe Biden is seeking to empty the pockets of American taxpayers in order to provide assistance to Ukraine in an obviously doomed project. This is stated in a comment by the Russian Embassy in the US, published on its Telegram channel on Monday.
According to diplomats, “Washington is counting on the bloody gift for Zelensky to give the Kiev junta a chance to offer a “worthy“ resistance to the armed forces of the Russian Federation“. “The planners here still live in a world of dreams about the possibility of inflicting a strategic defeat on our country. The efforts of the United States only prolong the convulsions of the neo-Nazis in Kiev“, the embassy emphasizes.
“We call on the American public and the citizens of Ukraine to think about what the foolish actions of the Western supporters of Bandera will ultimately lead to, besides disasters for the Ukrainian people“, the diplomatic mission concludes.
On Monday, Biden announced a commitment to provide Kiev with another package of weapons worth $2.5 billion. The US administration also pledged to send Ukraine budget assistance in the amount of $3.4 billion, thus spending the remaining funds that Congress allocated this year to support Kiev.
