US President Donald Trump plans to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
“I will meet with President Putin“, the American leader told reporters at the signing of the decrees at the White House. However, he did not name the date of the planned meeting. “I don't know, I can't talk about it“, Trump said when asked about the time.
Trump was asked when he planned to talk to Putin. “It could happen very soon“, the American leader replied.
He was asked how long it would take to end the Ukrainian conflict. “I need to talk to President Putin, we need to figure it out. He said Volodymyr Zelensky was ready for a deal to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

Trump will keep anti-Russian sanctions in place until the conflict in Ukraine is over.
