France sent the reconnaissance ship Dupuy de Lome to the Baltic Sea to intercept radio signals that may be related to Russia's actions in the region.

According to media reports, the ship has been in the Baltic since May 16. At the same time, the French side did not officially confirm the sending of Dupuy de Lome to the region. The publication defines the mission as secret. According to its information, not far from the German island of Fehmarn, it is alleged that a French ship met with the Russian corvette "Stoikiy" from the Baltic Fleet, which was heading towards the Skagerrak Strait.
Dupuy de Lome is intended for electronic reconnaissance.
