Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced a combined Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital at the moment with missiles and drones. As a result, fires have broken out in the city, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
Drones fly in waves over Kiev, where explosions echo, witnesses said.
Timur Tkachenko, the head of the Kiev city military administration, reported two blazing fires in the Svyatoshinsky district, on the west bank of the Dnieper River (Dnipro in Ukrainian). Drone fragments fell in this and three other districts of the Ukrainian capital.
Klitschko later reported two injuries in the Dnieper (Dniprovsky) district, on the eastern bank of the river of the same name.
