Benjamin Netanyahu: Israel has interesting information, we know where Iran's enriched uranium is - 1

Israel has "interesting information" about the location of Iran's 400 kilograms of 60% enriched uranium.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this at a pre-recorded press conference, but did not go into details, the "Times of Israel" specified.

Israel "should have acted" against Iran, as Tehran was rushing to arm itself with nuclear weapons after the assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in September 2024, Netanyahu said.

He also recalled Iran's plan to create 300 ballistic missiles per month.

Netanyahu shared his concerns with US President Donald Trump.

"I told him about the need to act, and he understood it very well. And I knew that when he had to push, he would do the right thing. He would do the right thing for America. He would do the right thing for the free world. He would do the right thing for civilization," the Israeli prime minister revealed.

Regarding the war in Gaza, he said that it "could end tomorrow. It could end today if Hamas surrenders, lays down its weapons, releases all the hostages. It will end in a moment.” “We believe we can give Gaza a different future,” he says. “I have a plan for a permanent peace,” Netanyahu insists, adding that “we are ready to start negotiations now on the proposal that Mr. Witkoff made,” the Israeli prime minister said. “Netanyahu said that contacts with mediators are continuing and Israel is trying to get Hamas to agree to a 60-day ceasefire, during which half of the hostages would be released.” “As Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear and military sites continue, the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, said in an interview with Bloomberg that the UN nuclear watchdog cannot currently verify or guarantee the safety or even the location of Iran’s highly enriched uranium stockpile.
