On Monday, June 30, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully struck a command post of the 8th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Armed Forces in the Donetsk Region, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Army reported, UNIAN reported, quoted by Focus.
It is noted that this high-precision strike significantly complicates the enemy's ability to plan and conduct operations in the Pokrovsk and Toretsk directions.
„The Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to consistently destroy the command and communications system of the aggressor country's armed forces. "Ukraine will continue the struggle until all Russian troops are withdrawn from the territory of our state and a just and lasting peace is established," the official statement said.
Other strikes on enemy targets
On the morning of July 1, long-range drones of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) struck production facilities and warehouses of the Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant "Kupol" in the Republic of Udmurtia. The distance to the target exceeds 1,300 kilometers.
This enterprise fulfills orders for the Russian Ministry of Defense and specializes in the production of "Tor" and "Osa" anti-aircraft systems, as well as the development of "Harpy" attack drones. The plant is under international sanctions as part of the Russian military-industrial complex.
The SBU has recorded at least two drone strikes on the factories, after which a fire broke out.
