„There are problems with the financing of children's healthcare in the country, including staffing and finding enough specialists and nurses. Not long ago, the transplants of children with cancer were stopped in ISUL due to the lack of staff. An attempt was made to shift the debate. There is no attempt to create quality children's health care, but it has come to pitting private against public hospitals.
This is not the case at all and I don't want to explain myself about it. The state must make a commitment to children's healthcare”, lawyer Sharkova also said.
She added that there is a lack of a concept for creating an adequate working environment for medics.
