The Parliamentary Committee on Budget and Finance will hold a meeting with the International Monetary Fund mission today. The financial institution is visiting Bulgaria as part of the annual review of the Bulgarian economy.
The organization's team, led by Fabian Bornhorst, is in Bulgaria until September 23, 2025 as part of the consultations that are held periodically with all member states.
The staff's program includes meetings at the Ministry of Finance, the Bulgarian National Bank, other ministries and state institutions, as well as with representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations.
