This morning, new charges have been filed against Varna Mayor Blagomir Kotsev, reported "Around the World and at Home". Municipal councilors Nikolay Stefanov and Yordan Kateliyev, who were detained with him and then placed under house arrest, have also been summoned to face further charges.
The media advisor of the Varna mayor must also appear at the prosecutor's office. The state prosecution is not providing information at this stage about the new charges being filed.
