"The special manager has existed in the legislation for perhaps over two years now and nothing prevents, if the ruling majority has decided to proceed with a special manager, from being appointed and ensuring the continuity of fuel supplies, but the situation and what the ruling majority has been preoccupied with for several weeks is basically legislation that will suit the future buyer", explained to the Bulgarian National Radio Radoslav Ribarski, MP from "We Continue the Change" - "Democratic Bulgaria":

"This is also related to the changes that were made in the direction of SANS, to issue a report that would oblige the Council of Ministers to make one decision or another. If the report is positive, only then can the Council of Ministers approve a sale".

"Today's legislation expands the powers of the special manager and he can now dispose of the assets of "Lukoil" as he sees fit and his entry into the management of the company seizes the rights of the current owners", the MP from "We Continue the Change" - "Democratic Bulgaria" added in an interview for the program "Horizont for You":

"We have not seen such an analogue even in the current situation, anywhere in Europe".

"If we have fuel today, this does not mean that it will be the same in two months", emphasized Ribarski.
