Residents of the Haskovo village of Elena are protesting. The reason for their dissatisfaction is the cut-off of access to water bodies and roads near the village by a local livestock breeder, who has fenced off the municipal pastures he uses, BNT reported.
The farmers have filed several complaints with the Haskovo Municipality for illegal actions, as their animals do not have access to the water bodies.
According to the Municipality, there were no violations during the inspections.
