Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov held a conversation with the Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Paris. The two discussed topics related to security and measures against fuel price increases in connection with the situation in the Middle East. The two agreed that further deepening the excellent bilateral and regional cooperation is of key importance for both countries to be as well prepared as possible to meet such challenges.
During the conversation, Prime Minister Gyurov expressed high appreciation for the rapid and positive response from Greece to Bulgaria's request for assistance in the field of air defense, as agreed between the Ministers of Defense Atanas Zapryanov and Nikos Dendias. “Your support is an example of European and neighborly solidarity at a key moment.
