We respect the choice of Mr. Glavchev as official ministers and we are satisfied. He can count on our support. This was said by the deputy chairman of the DPS Yordan Tsonev, quoted by Nova TV.
"On behalf of DPS, I want to say that we, as a party that has always defended institutionality, statehood, the Constitution and laws, adhere to the adopted amendments in Art. 99 - especially since we participated in the voting of these changes. With them, we have given the right to the candidate for acting prime minister to choose the composition of the ministerial council", he also stated.
He explained why the DPS was satisfied with the announcement of a list of ministerial ministers.

„What pleases us after hearing the lineup is that there is a focus on the two main goals of the state right now – our acceptance into the Eurozone and Schengen. So in this direction, the cabinet can count on our support”, added Tsonev.
We were worried by the DPS and proceeded to a difficult decision - to prohibit the spending of funds on the consolidation of a budget program, except for those that cannot be stopped in order not to stop the state from functioning”, Tsonev also said.

He stated that the reason for the decision of the DPS was the danger of liquidity in the budget system and recalled that the Budget Law is not only a balance between revenues and expenses, but also between their time allocation.
According to Tsonev, the proposed deputy prime minister and finance minister, Lyudmila Petkova, would cope with the role of finance minister.

„She has been in the field of finance for a very long time and is up to date with the policies in the sector. I hope that we will be able to return the balance”, he added.
