I have witnessed intimate meetings of Denkov and the whole "Change" with Peevski. This was stated before the BNR by Delyan Dobrev, deputy from GERB-SDS.
"How can you meet with Peevski every day for 9 months, drink your coffee, work in perfect synchrony, submit bills together, and now try to move away in order to get a better election result?!
During those months GERB, PP-DB and DPS were the ruling majority that supported the government.
GERB has exactly as much in common with Peevski as PP has in the last year. Everything that happened between GERB and DPS was with the participation of "The Change".
The reason why the PP are not in this combination now is the refusal of the negotiating team for the next nine months to put all the power in their hands again. But they don't make it. During none of the offices of "The Change" we have not received any money from Europe. Over the last three years we have had a cumulative inflation of 40%."
They didn't even manage to get the second tranche under the PVU, Dobrev also noted in the show "Sunday 150".
"Obviously "The Change" have agreed to free the price of electricity and for people to buy electricity at the market price. They forced the National Assembly to accept liberalization of the electricity market. They claimed that if we accept it, we will immediately receive a tranche. That was last October. The money is not there yet. The reason is something else. Now we justify ourselves with some laws and decisions that were not passed. They have a 60-person parliamentary group. Why don't they offer them?"
Delyan Dobrev even stated that Asen Vasilev drained 5.4 billion from the energy sector.
"With dividends and with payments from the Energy Security Fund to the budget and to various ministries".
They take out loans to pay social costs, Dobrev also pointed out.
"This pumps up inflation. We are not entering the Eurozone because of "The Change".
Kalin Stoyanov has proven himself to be a successful minister, Delyan Dobrev believes. And regarding the resignation of Chief Secretary Zhivko Kotsev and her subsequent withdrawal, he believes that Nikolay Denkov should be asked about this.

They will start saying that the top management of the country – in the person of the Minister of Finance, perhaps also the Prime Minister, had sympathy for what happened. Information appeared in the media that thousands of master boxes of cigarettes were seized. Locations that were texted between the smugglers and the whole group that was involved.
The only explanation is that they have empathy and therefore are now protecting them".
I remembered "The Change" with their fight for Russian oil over the last year and refusal to remove the derogation. If it is necessary to vote on a cabinet between GERB and PP in the next parliament, I will again vote against, Dobrev is categorical.
He believes that the commission that will investigate "Turkish Stream" was created for pre-election purposes.
