The Ministry of the Interior published a part of a video showing BIRD.BG journalist Dimitar Stoyanov pointing a visitor at a man walking towards him, then putting away his weapon.
This is what he wrote on "Facebook" Methodi Lalov. He is a former judge, chairman of the Sofia District Court - SRS.
Publishing this video raises several questions:
1. Who allowed this video to be released when the investigation is in its early stages and not all the facts are clear?
2. Why is a small part of the video published and not the whole video so that all the relevant facts can be perceived?
3. Who will bear responsibility if it turns out that Dimitar Stoyanov used his legally owned gun to defend himself from an attacker? Moreover, the journalist himself published a photo from which it can be seen that he himself has head injuries. 4. Why is it that when it comes to other cases of public importance, the public cannot get information for years, and in this case, evidence is published so quickly and selectively? 5. What is the role of Kalin Stoyanov in this case, given that BIRD.BG systematically exposes him in addictions and illegal actions?
