It is no coincidence that just before the elections the information appeared about the investigation into a report of falsified documents for the deregistration of Kiril Petkov from the association "Let's save Coral" and the involvement of the name of Lena Borislavova.

This position was expressed by lawyer Ludmil Rangelov in the studio of "Deniat ON AIR".

The lawyer explained what would happen if the published information was true and Borislavova sent messages to the Registration Agency with her electronic signature that were not true.

"If we assume that she knew that they were not true, the law provides for imprisonment of up to 3 years. Since Mrs. Borislavova has not been convicted, and such an act does not cause property damage, the sanction could be administrative penalty: a fine of BGN 1,000 to BGN 5,000. The fact that Ms. Borislavova sent them is not enough, it must be established that she knew that what she was sending was false. It's hard to prove," added Rangelov.

Before Bulgaria ON AIR he stated that if the signature was not Lena Borislavova's, during these 8 months from the beginning of the investigation, a graphological examination could have been appointed to prove it.

"The manager of the association "Let's save Coral" showed a power of attorney, and he never filled one, if Borislavova, on the basis of this power of attorney, carried out subsequent actions, then she obviously knew that it was a question of documents with false content. It is obvious that what is coming out now is related to the pre-election campaign and the elections", Lyudmil Rangelov also said.

He also commented on the moral side of the case: "The moral aspect in politics is always very important, but not for our latitudes and customs".

The guest also expressed his position on the "Notary" case. In his words, such "trusted persons" of the Ministry of the Interior must be from circles close to criminal activity, otherwise they are redundant. Since I saw that he made such a commitment around 2005, I began to think, then he stole a case from a lawyer's room of the Supreme Court, whether for this action there the services did him some favors to recruit him. He was not convicted in that case," the lawyer said.

The problem in this case, according to him, is the control over the actions of Martin Bojanov.

"It's a big sore here - he's obviously encouraged, but also shadowed, to do all these things. There is no way such a large-scale activity, which he carried out for the purpose of fraud, etc. crimes that were not known to the authorities. Some data may come out, seeing who ran it, there may be some punishments and dismissal, as far as the judicial system, there could also be some punishment, but dismissal and court hardly. I don't expect verdicts," said Lyudmil Rangelov.
