Citizens signaled that a flight of "Ryanair“ for Sofia, which was supposed to take off yesterday morning at 9:15 a.m., was delayed by hours - until late last night it still hadn't taken off, and the information is mixed and confusing, bTV reported, quoted by FOCUS.
The departure time has changed several times, and according to the latest information from the airport monitors - the plane was supposed to leave for Sofia only at 01:00 tomorrow morning.
Passengers' attempts to contact the airline were unsuccessful.
"The information from the application also disappeared, as if there was no such flight. In most places, they said everything seemed okay with them. Another says he doesn't have internet, a third says he doesn't know anything, says Asen Bakalov, who has been waiting for 10 hours at the airport in the Spanish capital.
"The problem is that we don't know what to do. Some call "Ryanair", others write to the Sofia airport, absolutely no information”, added Radka Petkova, who is also stranded at the airport.
