The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Eng. Violeta Koritarova inspected the construction of the "Hemus" highway ;, BNR reported.
Work is underway in the section between the 132nd and 139th km, where the formation of slopes and the construction of a collector and drainage are carried out.
To date, the section of "Boaz" to the "Dermantsi" junction is about 68% built. It is more than 15 km long and includes the section from Boaz to the intersection with the Lukovit road – Hungarian.
In the inspection the Chairman of the Board of Directors of API Eng. Yordan Valchev also participated.
Minister Koritarova also checked the implementation of projects in the city of Dryanovo, which are financed under the Investment Program. There is no problem with financing for the municipal projects included in it, assured Violeta Koritarova. The Ministry has BGN 400 million available to pay the requests for advance and interim payments from the municipalities and, if necessary, will request additional funds from the Ministry of Finance, the department reports.
