He pointed out that the politicians in our country have extremely low ratings and because of the disapproval of the society, they cannot form a stable government.
For many people, the presidential republic is the end of the political impasse, Kutev said. However, according to him, there are other options.
"The presidential republic is a cliché and there are many questions here - can this president, who has been so far, run for office - most likely he will not be able to. That is, this presidential republic cannot be done with Radev. Another question is whether to have a unicameral, bicameral parliament, etc."
If the formation of a government fails once again in October, the entire system will be rearranged - with new parties and new players, he commented. According to Anton Kutev, Dimitar Glavchev will remain prime minister in the next caretaker government.
