"The realities are that this is not a decision of the Constitutional Court. This is a decision of two people. One of them is called Delyan Peevski, today is his birthday, by the way. And what the constitutional judges did yesterday was his birthday present. The second person is also very interesting. This is the head of the Supreme Administrative Court - Mr. Cholakov", this is how Ivaylo Mirchev commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court to cancel the judicial reform in "The day begins with Georgi Lyubenov".
They control a large part of the constitutional judges, he added.

"This is not a slap in the face for us", he was emphatic.

This is a slap in the face for the constitutional judges, according to him, and a blow against Bulgaria. He can't imagine how these judges will explain it to their children.

"After the EU came out with a comment that these changes are ok and we welcome them, they have been awaited for over 17 years. For 17 years they have been fighting for these changes, they managed to "scratch" them.

And that's not all they "scratched", added Mirchev. But the lesson, he pointed out, is that there is one group of people, at the top is Delyan Peevski, they control the country and this will make them even more determined.

After "pressure from Peevski and Cholakov", Mirchev also said, we are returning to the way it was.

"The real power in the state, where Peevski and the people around him control the country, are the regulators".

In his words, these are KEVR, the Commission for the Protection of Competition, which are currently "working in a different way".

"A person calls and says - you are ruining this company. You let this one work. That one won't work".

That is why the PP-DB wanted to change the regulators.

Mirchev also commented on Anton Kutev's statements related to the aid that Bulgaria provides to Ukraine.

"My feeling is that some archaic socialism followed after Putin's supports. If you want to move to some normality, and since Mr. Kutev commented on the weapon for Ukraine, and for me, this is my topic. Let it be clear for the Bulgarian society. Bulgaria has sent very little of the weapons aid it provides to Ukraine. Everything is reimbursed to us as sums from the EU and American funds", commented Mirchev.

According to him, Ukraine is currently becoming one of the biggest investors in Bulgaria. By cynically defining the way in which it is commented on what will be given to Ukraine, after huge funds are flowing into our country, precisely because of it.

"Let's really put an end to these Putin props, because they sound cynical.
