Balabanov: Nothing is clear at this moment

ITN yesterday received the third mandate to form a government and sent the first invitations for talks

„Nothing is clear at this moment. If it was clear, the process would have been blocked. Already at the beginning of the 50th parliament, we had a desire, if it comes to the third term, to come to us, sit at the table for talks and see if there is a chance to get out of the political crisis. So nothing is clear, today the negotiations have just started. This was stated in the program "Hello, Bulgaria" Stanislav Balabanov from ITN.

„Yesterday in the presidency I used the word „balamosvat” for specific political leaders, because it is absurd for us as a society to listen that now nothing is happening, everything is doomed, there is no chance for anything, but in 2 months it will happen. These same leaders say: “We are going to elections, then we will find out.”. I am asking how it is possible to lose these 2-3 months, to spend money on elections and, in the end, important things do not happen now, but after some party agreement for 3 months from now. This is treason”, Balabanov said.

He is adamant that ITN will be extremely responsible both for the talks and for the way they will be conducted.

„We are sitting at the table with the political parties to see if they have the will to work on policies and priorities,” said Balabanov.
