Until today parties and coalitions can make changes to the candidate lists lists, according to the deadlines in the schedule of the Central Election Commission, BTA reported.
If registration is refused or if a candidate's registration is declared invalid, the party or coalition that proposed him may propose another candidate for registration.
Also, when one of the candidates in a registered candidate list of a party or coalition refuses, the party or coalition may propose another candidate who is registered with a decision of the District Election Commission.
22 parties and nine coalitions are registered to participate in the early parliamentary vote in October. The election campaign will start at midnight on September 27 and end on October 25.
