"Vazrazhdane" is preparing a series of protests to preserve the leva. Everything will start on May 16th with a discussion at the National Palace of Culture on the topic. This was stated in the program "Denyat na Live" by the party leader Kostadin Kostadinov.
He justified his desire to tie the leva to the dollar with "the most successful currency board in the world, which gives us the right to change the reserve currency". His thesis is that we can choose any reserve currency we want when the current one weakens.
The signing of an agreement with "United Russia", he explained with the multi-vector nature of his formation: "We can be with Russia and the USA at the same time".
Asked by the host Nadelina Aneva "Where will you be on May 9?", he replied "I will be in Moscow at the parade".
Regarding domestic policy, Kostadinov explained that he would support the request for the removal of Parliament Speaker Natalia Kiselova by the DB if they support the vote of no confidence in the government. The leader of "Vazrazhdane" specified that it will be submitted after May 12.
