On June 2 (Monday) between 10:00 and 11:15, traffic will be restricted at two short intervals on the I-2 Shumen - Varna road at the 121st km /in the area of the Industrial Zone of Shumen/ and on the Stage Connection of the Hemus Highway – I-2 road at the 1st km, due to the replacement of power lines. Traffic will be stopped in both directions from the Directorate of Internal Affairs - Shumen, reported by the RIA, quoted by dariknews.bg.
From 08:00 to 17:00 on June 2, a speed limit of 50 km/h will be introduced in the area of the two routes where work will be carried out. Traffic in a 500-meter section of the I-2 Shumen - Varna road /at the 121st km/ and in a 500-meter section of the Stage Connection of the “Hemus“ -I-2 road /at the 1st km/ will be carried out in both directions in one lane.
On June 3 (Tuesday) between 10:30 and 10:45, traffic will be limited at the 349th km of the “Hemus“ (in the area of the „Makak“ quarter of Shumen) for the replacement of power lines. Traffic will be stopped in both directions by the Shumen Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
From 08:00 to 17:00 on June 3 a speed limit of 50 km/h will be introduced in the section from 348th to 349th km in the direction of Varna and at 349th km in the direction of Sofia. During this period, the passage in the emergency lanes in both directions of traffic will be limited.
The „Road Infrastructure“ Agency appeals to drivers to strictly observe the posted traffic signs and to drive carefully, keeping a safe distance.
