Up to 500,000 leva reward for information on who is behind the hacker attacks against the site “Black Track“, showing all the accidents in Bulgaria. This was announced by Dimitar Dimitrov - the owner of the company that provided free hosting to the site of 18-year-old Martin Atanasov.

The site has been working for the past week and has not stopped, but he and Dimitrov's entire company have been subjected to very serious attacks, he said on the show “This Saturday“ on bTV Martin.

According to him, the attack cannot be traced, attempts and investigations have been made by the company's experts and no information has been found.

„The attack represents absolutely artificial traffic, which aims to flood the site with visits and respectively block the servers. In reality, this is happening to the entire infrastructure of the company and blocks the work not only on „Black Track“ but also on other platforms – schools, fire brigades, hospitals, because this is a very large company that operates in over 140 countries“, pointed out the creator of the site “Black Track“.

The reward has been announced for anyone who provides information to law enforcement agencies - 100,000 leva for really useful information, 200,000 leva if the guarantor turns out to be a civil servant and 500,000 leva if he is a politician.

“I have no idea who would have any interest in attacking a civil platform that aims to help save lives on the road“, said Martin Atanasov.

He added that he is currently trying to upgrade the platform, having already held meetings with the RIA and the State Agency for Road Safety. With their help, the platform will look for a connection between the concentration of accidents and the road surface or whether the problem is in the behavior of drivers.

“For me, the problem is complex and is rooted not only in the road infrastructure but also in the behavior of drivers. When we talk about measures, we must look for the solution in all traffic participants and everyone who has a role - starting from maintaining the roads to ensuring that drivers drive at the correct speed. The problem is everywhere and we should not blame only one institution. Institutions want to do their job in one part, but are limited by their budget framework and citizens should not point fingers at them and say how they are not doing their job, but rather help them a little or a lot“, the young man urged.
