Medical equipment factory opens in Plovdiv in front of Rumen Radev and Czech ambassador

The investment is for nearly 100 million leva

President Rumen Radev and the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bulgaria Miroslav Toman will attend the official opening of the new production base of BTL Industries Bulgaria in Plovdiv, BNR reported.

The investment is for nearly 100 million leva and is among the largest Czech investments made in Bulgaria.

The new production base is located on over 29 acres of built-up area. It is located in the wide center of Plovdiv - on the site of the former leather factory "Pulpudeva". Automated production and warehouse systems, its own park and modern office spaces have been built. The new plant will provide modern working conditions for over 700 employees. It is expected that 500 new jobs will be created in the next few years.

BTL Industries, which has been developing production in Plovdiv for more than 23 years, is a world leader in the development and production of medical equipment for physiotherapy, cardiology and aesthetic medicine. The company operates in over 100 countries, with its own sales companies in more than 80.
