From 05.00 on 26.06.2025 to 00.00 on 29.06.2025, in connection with a complex sewage accident, a new, temporary traffic organization is introduced in the southern local lane of Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd.. Vehicles are prohibited from entering the intersection of the southern local lane of Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. - Dimitar Mollov St.
The causes of the accident are being clarified. “Metropolitan“ EAD has taken action to immediately remove it and restore vehicle traffic, as well as to ensure that there are no serious complications in connection with the new metro construction.
Due to the need to carry out deep excavation work during emergency activities and the complexity of the sewage network in the area, it is not possible to ensure the passage of vehicle traffic without the complete closure of the southern local lane of the boulevard.
From 26.06.2025 to 29.06.2025, trolleybuses from line No. 3 will operate along the following route (towards the center): from the residential area “Levski G“ along the current route to “Ploshad na Aviatsata,“ U-turn at the square and along Blvd. “Tsarigradsko Shose“ along the route to the residential area “Levski G“. Trolleybuses will stop at all stops in the changed section of the route.
Trolleybuses on line No. 5 will run along the route (towards the center): from the square "Russian Monument" along the current route to "Aviation Square", through the square to the left along "Assen Yordanov" Blvd. and to the right along the route of trolleybus line No. 11 to the residential complex "Druzhba 1" in both directions. Trolleybuses will stop at all existing stops in the changed section of the route. The route of bus line No. 73 is also changing as follows:
- in the direction of the residential complex "Ovcha Kupel 2": from the residential complex "Mladost 1" along the current route to the intersection of ul. „Jerusalem“ - ul. „Mitropolit Serafim Slivenski“, straight on ul. „Jerusalem“, right on the central carriageway of ul. „Tsarigradsko shose“, U-turn at the junction with ul. „Alexander Malinov“, along the central carriageway of ul. „Tsarigradsko shose“ and from the „Hotel Pliska“ stop on the route to zh.k. „Ovcha kupel 2“;
- in the direction of zh.k. „Mladost 1“: the route does not change. In the changed section, buses will stop at stops: - with code 0237 „Bl. 6 zh.k. Mladost 1“;- with code 1196 “UMBAL St. Anna“;
