The GERB Youth Organization will elect its new chairman at a General Assembly of the structure.
The forum will be held at 12:00 at the Grand Hotel "Millennium" in Sofia, and will be attended by prominent figures of the party, headed by its leader Boyko Borisov.
During the General Assembly of the GERB Youth Organization, new deputy chairmen of the structure will be elected, as well as a new composition of the National Executive Council. The party leader Boyko Borisov, Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and their current chairman and Minister of Foreign Affairs Georg Georgiev will speak to GERB youth at the forum.
The conference will outline the next stage in the development of the youth structure and its role in the implementation of political GERB priorities.
The GERB political party has several organizations that support its political views and principles. Among them is the youth organization, whose history began in April 2006, and its official establishment was in February 2008, when at a Constituent Assembly over 600 delegates from all over the country elected their leadership and adopted the organization's main documents. Its shared values are liberal democracy, freedom, family, humanism, justice, dignity, citizenship, peace, responsibility and tolerance. The vision of the structure for young people in Bulgaria is good education and realization, innovative thinking and participation in public and political life.
