The Mayor of "Mladost" Ivaylo Kukurin stated that the area needed change, as it had been forgotten in recent years.

Pandova continued in the following time and even offered 20-30,000 leva, she continued to be increasingly aggressive and interested in departments that were not in her competence", Todorov shared.
And he finished: "In March I reported the case to the PP, and on April 1 I removed her."
"I decided that the PP and I would go to the prosecutor's office together about the case, and they nominated her as a member of the Board of the Fifth City Hospital in Sofia."
Kukurin stated that at general meetings with "Promyanata" assistance with expertise in public procurement was offered. But when I accepted it, they gave me a ready-made protocol for a public procurement for 5 million. lv. Then Petar Rafailov (author's note - the mayor does not state his name, he says he is one of the two arrested) offered me 300,000 lv. "He was dropped by Nikola Barbutov. I refused to sign, then this offer came."
"For me, the recording was a surprise. I confirmed to investigators that the voice was mine. I knew that a recording was possible since I became mayor, that everyone could listen to me. I read an interesting comment about a possible recording with Pegasus", commented Todorov.
Companies that were supposed to win orders from us have already won in the "Western" district of Plovdiv, said the mayor of Mr. Lyulin.
