Russia's air defense forces shot down 74 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry reported, quoted by TASS, BTA reports.
According to the ministry, the attack was carried out between 11:20 p.m. Moscow time on July 20 and 7:00 a.m. on July 21. Of the downed drones, 23 were intercepted over the Moscow region, with 15 of them flying in the direction of Moscow.
The distribution of the remaining drones by region is as follows:
14 over the Kursk region,
12 over the Rostov region,
10 over the Bryansk region,
10 over the Kaluga region,
4 over the Tula region,
1 over the Lipetsk region.
The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that all The drones were aircraft-type and were destroyed by the air defense systems on duty.
