Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic expects the worst global economic crisis since the Great Depression of 1929-1939.
„The global economic crisis cannot be avoided. And on a global level, I fear that it will be one of the worst, perhaps since the period from 1929 to 1933 in the last century, and maybe even the worst in world history. Stopping it will be even more difficult, and the consequences are already there“, Vucic told reporters.
According to the Serbian president, during such economic crises, major political conflicts also arise. Vucic stressed that these conflicts could easily trigger military conflicts in different parts of the world.
