Fibank offers new banking packages with a condominium account that can be combined with a digital assistant-house manager, offered by the bank's partner - "Homie Digital" AD.
By the end of 2025, all condominium representatives with an open package from Fibank will use the "Homie" mobile application for free for 6 months.
The two packages - "My Home" and "My Home+" are at extremely competitive prices, 10 and 15 BGN respectively. They provide the most necessary banking products and services for condominiums:
- current account "Current Expenses" to cover the usual costs of maintaining the common parts of the building. When in a package, the account is opened in levs or euros without a fee and with free maintenance. The "My Home+" package also includes another account "Repair and renovation fund" for planning long-term or extraordinary repairs and renovations.
- free transfers ordered in an office or online (more information is available here);
- unlimited cash deposits without a fee from individuals, including cash transfers to the condominium account;
- corporate debit card Visa Business Debit/Mastercard Business Debit, without a fee for issuance and maintenance;
- registration for the digital banking "My Fibank" - no fee.
Some of the features that the "Homie" platform offers are:
- "digital building" and access for all owners to full documentation - messages, surveys, protocols, and more;
- collecting funds from owners through the application;
- automated reporting and electronic home book;
- payment of building bills to third parties.
