Electrohold launches its summer internship program with participants from Bulgaria and abroad - 1

Electrohold officially launched its summer internship program, which this year includes 63young people from various universities in Bulgaria and abroad.

The participants have diverse academic profiles in fields such as energy, engineering, information technology, finance and administration.

The program offers the opportunity to work on real key projects and gain practical experience in a dynamic and high-tech environment. For the first time this year, a new approach is being applied, aimed at increased engagement of the interns. They will be actively involved at all stages - from the start to the end of the program. The goal is to create a sense of belonging, continuity and real responsibility from the very first day.

„We are proud that so many young and ambitious people chose Electrohold for their first professional experience. Because the future of energy will not be built only with technologies, but with ideas, teamwork, responsibility and a desire for development“, said Georgi Mikov, CEO of Electrohold Bulgaria, during the opening.

„We invest in people from the very beginning of their career path. We see the internship program as a bridge between education and real business, which creates long-term opportunities“, added Evgeniya Nakova, Director of “Human Resources“.

The opening of the program also included a special panel called “From interns for interns“, prepared entirely by participants in the program. In one of the panel modules, they presented an analysis of the profiles of this year's interns, and in another, videos shot by the young people on the topic "A day as an intern" were shown. In the "Success Stories" module, inspiring examples of young people were presented, and during the "Interns Ask" module, young people asked questions to the company's management in the spirit of open and direct dialogue. The "From Interns for Interns" panel is part of the Electrohold Group's new approach to more actively involve interns and strengthen their role in the program.

The program participants also toured a high-tech power substation and visited the supercomputer at Sofia Tech Park.

The Electrohold internship program will continue during the summer months as part of the company's long-term commitment to developing young talent and introducing innovations in the energy sector.
