The case of the accident in which 12-year-old Siyana Popova died will continue on October 17 at the Pleven District Court, the court announced after the end of today's hearing.
In the court hearing, which is the third in a row, two of the private prosecutors - Siyana's grandmother and aunt, as well as seven witnesses who appeared - were questioned. The defendant has not given any explanations so far. The prosecutor's office and the private prosecutors have made requests to require reports and collect more written evidence, which the court has accepted.
At the next hearing, two new witnesses will be questioned, who were summoned at the request of the prosecutor's office, as well as one witness who was irregularly summoned and did not appear today. Some of the experts have also been summoned for that time, the District Court press center added.
