This was called for by nearly 80 property owners in the resort, who gathered to discuss the situation after the disaster there, BNR reported.
The owners' association will send a protest petition to the 3 companies "Victoria Group", "Sunrise" and "Holiday Village", stating that they will no longer pay a "maintenance" fee and insist on providing equipment to clean up the infrastructure. The problem is that no one knows who these companies represent.
The property owners will open their own bank account, in which they will start collecting money to clean up the flooded buildings. Organizational issues were discussed at the meeting today.
"There is no electricity, no water, the collector is clogged, wastewater cannot be drained because the entire water supply infrastructure has been destroyed, some of the streets are still impassable," said Plamen Vodenicharov - manager of a company that is among the major owners of "Elenite".
