Repairs at an ESO facility may lead to power supply interruptions in some settlements in the municipalities of Lovech and Troyan on November 13, 2025.
The State Electricity System Operator (ESO) notified ERN West that on November 13, 2025, it will continue repair activities at its substation “Troyan 1“, which requires a change in the power supply scheme for electricity consumers in some settlements in the municipalities of Lovech and Troyan.
Due to the repair activities on November 13, 2025 in the period from 08:30 a.m. to 16:00 h. power outages are possible in the village of Leshnitsa, Lovech municipality, the villages of Oreshak, Borima, Lomets, Dobrodan, Dalbok Dol, Staro Selo, Golyama Zhelyazna and Shipkovo, Troyan municipality, as well as in the industrial zone and the northern part of the town of Troyan.
ERM West, in its capacity as the operator of the electricity distribution network, is obliged to ensure safe conditions for the implementation of repair activities on the facilities by ESO. ERM West is taking all measures to minimize inconvenience to consumers. The company is constantly ready to respond in case of need.
