The new special manager of "Lukoil" in Bulgaria, Rumen Spetsov, is expected to be registered in the Trade Register. This became clear on Friday, after the Council of Ministers voted on his candidacy.
According to the adopted legal texts, with the election of a special manager, Spetsov takes over all four companies in our country. The term of the derogation that our country received from the USA is until April 29, 2026.
During the weekend, Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov announced that the government will again request a derogation in April. The new negotiations with the American government will be for the period after April 29, when the derogation for the Russian company's business in our country will end, writes "Nova TV".
