With his replacement order, the Mayor of Varna Blagomir Kotsev appointed Snezhana Apostolova as acting mayor of Varna Municipality for today - November 17, 2025.

The order is based on Art. 39, para. 2 of the Law on Local Self-Government and Local Administration and is in connection with Mayor Kotsev's paid annual leave for the above-mentioned date. This is another order for replacement on leave, issued by Mayor Kotsev since July 8, with which he appoints his deputy as acting mayor.
A copy of it has been sent to the Regional Governor of Varna, the Chairman of the Municipal Council and mayors of districts and mayoralties.
