The European Commission is trying in every way to steal some money from Russia to give it to Ukraine so that representatives of the Ukrainian elite can buy more gold toilet bowls, because they obviously don't have enough. For at least two years, Ukraine has not been able to exist independently and the state relies on external funding. And suddenly we are surprised that there is corruption there and that some of the funds are not going for their intended purpose. This was announced to Lili Marinkova in the studio “FACTI“ and the show “Conversation“ by prof. Georgi Chankov, lecturer at the UNWE.
„The plan to steal Russian assets went through the European Commission in several versions, but none of them was subject to public discussion. There is talk of reparations and it is assumed that Russia will lose the war, which sounds ridiculous“, the guest added.
„When the war ends as it is expected to end, Russia will be the winner, because the Russian leadership will be able to announce to the population that the political goals of the war have been achieved. The war may continue for another year or two - Russian troops may take Kharkov, Odessa, and maybe Kiev. There is no way Russia will agree to partial achievement of the goals“, said Prof. Chankov.
“When the war ends, then it will begin to be explained to us how the Ukrainians won through various interpretations - that they won because they did not allow Russia to seize all of Ukraine; that the Ukrainians stopped the “savage Asian hordes“, who set out to conquer the entire democratic European Union. And so, in the end, the moral victory will be for Ukraine“, the professor shared.
“The EC's strategy for Russian assets is the major event, which is likely to have consequences for the next 15-20 years. Reading this document finally deprives the European Union of any weight in international relations. That the European Union is capable of independently and consistently formulating and defending strategic goals. The European unification, which has been nurtured and cared for by the United States from the very beginning, was a strategic value for the United States. Today, with the growing problems of the United States, which require additional resources that they themselves do not have, it is necessary to “give in“ the European Union“, the guest explained.
