Anton Kutev announced whether Rumen Radev will come out with a party in the early vote - 1

"Only the president can say when he will participate in early parliamentary elections. A project by the head of state is possible, but whether he will do it and when is his decision". This was stated by the former spokesman for Rumen Radev's caretaker governments - Anton Kutev to bTV.

According to him, there are several options for a presidential project, news.bg specified.

First, it is possible for the president to have a party either after the consultations or after the roulette of mandates for forming a government is spun. The other option is not to do it, but to wait for another round of consultations and mandates after the early vote.

Kutev pointed out that if Radev does not intervene in politics, there may be no government in the next National Assembly.

"In the situation he is in, there is no need to make a new political project. For the president, if he decides to do it, there is no need to do this. A month before the elections, he can come out, a month before the election campaign, he can make a pre-election project", commented the former spokesman for Radev's official offices.

Anton Kutev believes that the president has the advantage as head of state, but the missing party structures will hinder him. Radev will have a much harder time reaching voters and meeting people face to face, he pointed out.

Kutev believes that Rumen Radev's entry into politics is extremely risky. The reason - people expect the head of state to change their lives. "They are very worried about Radev's parties whether he is president or a competitor", he reported.

Anton Kutev added that the most important question is where a party will lead the president. The head of state must have an answer to all the problems in the country, he added. The other big question, in his words, is the fight against corruption.

"The question is, when we talk about whether the president will make a political project, is that if he does it now, he will become the first political force, but the big problem is whether he will change the country," Kutev also said. He is convinced that if there are another election after the possible one in the spring, people will want to control them through complaints to the CEC and the court.

Anton Kutev was categorical that changes should be made to the Electoral Code a few months before the early parliamentary elections. The only hope is for a high voter turnout to stop the controlled vote, he hopes. Kutev pointed out that if the president runs for office with a party, he will increase voter turnout.
