For the Christmas and New Year holidays, ERM West has created an organization for permanent duty of over 300 employees, who will respond immediately in the event of accidents occurring on the territory of Western Bulgaria.
In the event of a sharp deterioration in weather conditions, the company also relies on assistance from state and local institutions to clear the roads and reach the damaged facilities.
The teams of ERM West are prepared to work in severe weather conditions, they are equipped with specialized equipment and vehicles - snowmobiles, aerial platforms, excavators, ATVs with snow chains. This year, the company has provided 10 units that will be used when teams are unable to reach hard-to-reach areas to eliminate accidents.
ERM Zapad is ready to mobilize additional teams and hire specialized equipment from external companies when necessary. A Crisis Headquarters is constantly ready to work during the weekends, which will direct and redistribute the teams and equipment and will coordinate with state and local authorities.
