The BSP Plenum decided to convene a party Congress, BNT reports. The National Council of the Left voted to hold the forum on February 7 and 8, after the entire leadership resigned in December.
According to information from BNT, the decision was made with a clear majority - 96 votes "for", 33 "against" and 8 "abstentions"
