The “Maritsa“ highway is closed to traffic due to a truck overturning. The heavy-duty truck with Polish registration crashed at the 33rd kilometer near Haskovo in the direction of Plovdiv, BNT reports.
Traffic in the section has been temporarily completely stopped, and is being directed to a bypass route through the “Dimitrovgrad“ junction – on the I-8 Haskovo - Plovdiv road, the “Road Infrastructure“ Agency announced.
The driver was not injured, his alcohol and drug tests were negative.
