Snowfall will be widespread. Intense and significant in the Rhodope Mountains, in the Central Balkans and in Ludogorie.
A new snow cover will form, conditions for blizzards and drifts remain. A yellow code is now in effect not only for precipitation, but also for negative temperatures.
In Northern Bulgaria there will be almost no change around the clock, between minus 7° and minus 4°. In the southern half of the country, the minimums will be between minus 3° and 2°, and the maximums - from minus 3° in the Upper Thracian Lowland to about 8° in Sandanski, in Sofia - about 2°.
In the afternoon, precipitation will weaken and stop, and in Southwestern Bulgaria the cloudiness will also break and decrease.
Towards Thursday - Friday, the probability of precipitation increases again, but it will already be rain, as it will warm up quickly. More noticeably in Eastern Bulgaria, where daytime temperatures at the end of the week will reach 15°-16°. The coldest will be Tuesday morning, when the minimum will drop to minus 12°-13° in the northeastern regions.
