"There is no direct military danger for Bulgaria, our country is not part of the conflict. There are no risks to the life, health and peace of citizens in the country. A 24-hour crisis headquarters is operating at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, evacuation plans have been discussed in case the situation requires it," Gyurov also said.
The Prime Minister also indicated that the main priority is ensuring national security and the safety of Bulgarian citizens in the region.
"There is no requirement to provide Bulgarian territory for combat operations and there is no change in the level of combat readiness of our armed forces", Gyurov said.
