The lists will also include political representatives of these parties so that they can also bear responsibility, Popov explained. But the lists will be arranged mainly on a civic principle.
"The lists will give priority to non-governmental organizations, such as "Angels on the Road", which are our partners. New faces, young people who are not burdened by the system, will be given a chance," he said.
"The lists will be mainly on a civic principle. You will see a representative sample of society in this movement, not people who are connected by politics, but people who are connected by the cause - for saving human lives, for justice and for a lasting and visible change."
Popov explained that they want to have representation so that they can change the system from within.
"We do not strive for power. We want to have representation, we want to have a parliamentary rostrum and be able to change the system from within," said Nikolay Popov.
He also declared that after he considers that he has done his job, he will leave politics.
"I will enter parliament, I will finish my job and when I see that this is successful and has been imposed, I will leave there. I have no intention of becoming another hated politician," he said.
