The President from 2017-2026 Rumen Radev said in Kyustendil that he has a clear direction for dismantling the oligarchic circle. He was a guest of the city at the invitation of the local structure of "Progressive Bulgaria" on the occasion of the selection of the "Kyustendil Spring" contest for a young lady.
"Two people personify this circle. Their photos were in the squares of the protests since the end of last year. I heard that Borisov talked about some betrayals, but he betrayed not only his party, he betrayed all of Bulgaria into the hands of Peevski," Radev pointed out.
"As for the contract with "Botas" I would like to thank Minister Traycho Traykov, who, although from the distance of time, realized and acknowledged the good idea and the possible benefits of this contract. There is a proposal from both the Turkish side and the Azerbaijani side on how to load and use this contract and bring profit," added Rumen Radev.
Regarding the government's measures to relieve citizens in connection with the crisis in the Middle East, Radev said that the measures he proposed are late and he hopes the government will monitor what is being undertaken in other countries.
